Welcome to BeaconPurpose!
Hi! My name is Jakub, and I am the co-author of the blog BeaconPurpose. I create it together with my girlfriend Ania. We started writing it in 2024. As soon as we started, we regretted not taking this step much earlier.
Our Journey
Why? Among other things, because we are people who want more from life and have tried many businesses and ways to make money online, where people promised mountains of gold at a low cost. We tried our hand at dropshipping, MLM, our own Shopify store, trading, and scalping on the stock market. There were also a few other side hustles that I either don’t remember or have successfully tried to forget.
Nevertheless, I believe that you can make money in all these businesses, but it wasn’t something for us. It wasn’t something that gave us motivation. We didn’t have that effect where we wake up in the morning and the only thought in mind was what we can improve, do, or add to a given business. These were potentially cool ways, but maybe for someone else. And so we arrived at the blog, which became a real passion for us. Creating posts that genuinely impact other people brings us immense satisfaction.
Why We Write
When trading on the stock market, either I lost or someone else did. I’m not saying it’s bad because, in this industry, you have to accept it. However, the feeling that comes with creating real value for other people is something completely different. It drives us to create new content, expand our presence on other social media, and launch a machine that will be unstoppable.
Our Topics
Some may wonder why we write about topics like personal development, meditation, mindfulness, and stress. The reason is that no matter what business we did or where we were, we always managed to learn a lesson that allowed us to be a better version of ourselves in the future. For example, trading taught me patience, which is definitely useful to me and used to be something completely foreign. Thanks to network marketing (MLM), I learned perseverance and communication with people. Before this business, I was an absolute introvert, but this work style allowed me to learn effective communication. I could go on, but I think you’ve already got the idea.
The Importance of Personal Development
The point is that personal development is always with us, and it’s an investment with the highest ROI. The risk of loss is minimal. For example, the government can take away your gold as it did in the past. A cybercriminal can steal your cryptocurrencies. Your property can be bombed. But no one can take away your skills. Especially in the age of AI, people who can communicate well and form friendly relationships are in high demand.
Our Commitment
Personally, I’ve gone through many courses, read many books, and attended many meetings about mindset and developing soft and hard skills. I realized that meditation and mindfulness are the keys that were missing from this puzzle. They allow you to clear your mind and prepare for a new dose of knowledge, as well as work on and improve the level of knowledge you already have. That’s why we wanted to share this information because we’ve tested it ourselves and found that it makes sense and positively affects our lives. It allowed us to minimize the stress of everyday life and increase productivity in tasks that genuinely bring us benefits.

For this reason, we want to share with you what we experience ourselves. We dreamed of leaving something behind, making our mark in history. Maybe we won’t be on page 24 of a history textbook, but the thought that we once helped someone and allowed them to change their life is enough to feel fulfilled.
